This is a Vinyasa flow style class that guides you through head to toe stretch with sun salutations and standing postures. You'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated as you transition to a restorative flow for the last 30 minutes of class. The sequence is both healing and strengthening, that will help you focus on mind and body.

Is this class for beginners?

All levels welcome! To all of our classes. We make sure that no matter if you are new to Spin, Strength or Yoga you are comfortable and welcomed. We love beginners! We will help you succeed!
