First Round : do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second breather.
- Jump Rope
- Squat Regular - Squat with Left heel up - alternate for the 30 seconds
- Jump Rope
- Squat Regular - Squat with Right heel up alternate for the 30 seconds
- Jump Rope
- Push ups
- Plank hold with forward arm raises
- Plank hold with jump in + out
- Jump Rope
- Squat
- Squat with Left knee twist for core
- Squat
- Squat with Right knee twist for core
- Squat
- Jump Rope
- Plank with knees to elbows
- Burpee
Second Round : Jump Rope for 1 minute. All other exercises are for 30 seconds.
Third Round : Back to 30 seconds of Jump Rope.
