Tabata - April 28

First Round : do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second breather.

  • Jump Rope
  • Squat Regular - Squat with Left heel up - alternate for the 30 seconds
  • Jump Rope
  • Squat Regular - Squat with Right heel up alternate for the 30 seconds
  • Jump Rope
  • Push ups
  • Plank hold with forward arm raises
  • Plank hold with jump in + out
  • Jump Rope
  • Squat
  • Squat with Left knee twist for core
  • Squat
  • Squat with Right knee twist for core
  • Squat
  • Jump Rope
  • Plank with knees to elbows
  • Burpee

Second Round : Jump Rope for 1 minute. All other exercises are for 30 seconds.

Third Round : Back to 30 seconds of Jump Rope.
