Lower Body Workout - March 17

You will need:

  • Weighted Barbell or Pre-Weighted Bar or Dumbbells
  • If you don’t have weights at home you could fill a small duffel bag

Warm-Up

  • 20 Squats

The Workout

  1. 10 Reps of Squat Cleans

  2. 10 Reps of Push Press

  3. 10 Reps of Bent Rows

  4. 10 Reps of Stiff Legged Deadlifts

  5. One Minute Plank Hold

  6. One Minute Wall Sits

REPEAT 5X
