Lower Body, Core + Cardio - April 11

Warm up :

  • 10 Walk out Push ups
  • Walking Lunges

REPEAT 2X

  • Jumping Jacks - 20
  • Step ups alternating feet - 10 each side
  • Burpee - 20 first round - 15 and then - 10
  • Split Squat off Bench or Chair - 10 each leg
  • Goblet Squat - 20 reps
  • Hip Thrust off bench or chair - 10 each leg
  • Sit up - 10
  • Plank hold off bench or chair w/ knees in - 10 each side
  • Side Squat down and back, stay low - about 20 reps
  • Lunge Jumps - 20 reps
  • Side Squat down and back again , stay low - about 20 reps
  • Plank hold jumps ins keep knees off ground - 20 reps
  • Side squat - 10 each leg
  • Plank hold knee to elbow and then touch toe - 10 reps

REPEAT 3X
