Legs + Core - April 18

Warm up : 20 Jumping Jacks

  • Single Arm Swing w/ Dumbbell or Kettlebell - 15 per arm
  • Squat - 15 reps into Squat - 15 pulses low
  • Dumbbell / Kettlebell squat with swing to Right - squat - swing to Left - 10 reps
  • Goblet / Wide Squat - 15 reps into 15 pulse low
  • Up + Downs from kneeling to standing - 15 Left leg
  • Sit up with dumbbell alternate to right foot and left foot
  • Sit up position with twists - 10 reps
  • Up + Downs from kneeling to standing - 15 Right leg
  • Single Arm Swing w/ Dumbbell or Kettlebell - 15 per arm
  • Lunge down with Right arm held up next to head
  • Elevated Left foot squat - 15 reps
  • Lunge down with Left arm held up next to head
  • Elevated Right foot squat - 15 reps
  • Low ab raises with a twist to each side - 10 reps
