  • Reverse Lunge

  • Push ups - 10 reps
  • 10 Lunge Backs with High Knee - Right Leg
  • Burpee with a squat - 10 reps
  • 10 Lunge Backs with High Knee - Left Leg
  • Plank hold with jump in + out - 30 seconds
  • Balance Deadlift w/ High Right Knee - 10 reps
  • Sumo Squat low - 30 seconds
  • Balance Deadlift w/ High Left Knee - 10 reps
