Warm Up :
Walk out Push up twist to open to both sides - go into a squat position to open up hips - then to standing to stretch out low back - 5 reps
Circuit 1 : 30 seconds work 10 second breather
- Dumbbell Swing - Right side OR Jumping Jacks
- Squat in place
- Dumbbell Swing - Left side OR Jumping Jacks
- Reverse Lunge - Right side
- Squat Jumps In + Out
- Reverse Lunge - Left side
- Goblet Squat
- Burpee into a Squat hold
REPEAT 2X
Leg Circuit : 30 seconds work - 10 second breather
- Goblet Squat
- Reverse Lunge Right side
- Goblet Squat
- Reverser Lunge Left side
- Squat
- Single Leg deadlift Right side
- Squat
- Single Leg Deadlift Left side
- Alternate between normal Squat and wide Squat moving left to right
Core Circuit :
- Sit up alternating touching feet
- Low ab raises
- Burpee
- Sit ups
- Mountain Climbers
- Plank hold
REPEAT 2 or 3X
