Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with a 10 second breather in between.

- Plank hold with Shoulder Tap
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- Lateral Lunges
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- Burpee
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- Squat Jumps in + out
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- Push ups
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- High Knees
- Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
- Butt Kicks
REPEAT 2 or 3X
