Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with a 10 second breather in between.

  • Plank hold with Shoulder Tap
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • Lateral Lunges
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • Burpee
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • Squat Jumps in + out
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • Push ups
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
  • Hot Feet or Jumping Jacks
  • Butt Kicks
