  • Lateral Shift Lunge (12 per side)

Circuit 3: Bench Chest/Tri 15x3

  • Flat Bench Press
  • Skull Crushers
  • Chest Fly
  • Lower Ab Leg Lifts with holding DBs at Chest level

Circuit 4: Mat Core 20x3

  • Superman
  • Pass through plank (10 each side)
  • 90-degree wtd toe touch
