Full Body - April 20

  • Alternate Clean + Press (be sure to squat) - 10 each side
  • Jumping Jacks 20
  • Push up into a standing shoulder press - 10
  • Burpee - 10
  • Chest Press w/ butt off ground - 15
  • Low ab raises try and keep Dumbbells above chest - 15
  • Alternating Dumbbell Row in Plank position - 10 each side
  • Plank hold - pull the weights from one side to the other - 10 each side
  • Squat with a Shoulder Press - 15
  • Body weight Squat Jumps - 15
  • Walking Push ups - 10
  • Alternating Reverse Lunge w/ Bicep Curl - 10 each leg
  • Deltoid Fly - 15
  • Tricep Extension - 15
  • Sit up w/ or without a Dumbbell - 15
