Full Body - April 13

  • Single arm Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swing - 15 each arm
  • Single arm Dumbbell Clean + Press - 15 each arm
  • 20 Jump Squats with touch the ground
  • Squat with a bicep curl into another Squat into a Shoulder Press - 15 reps
  • Dumbbell Row - 15 reps
  • Deadlift - 15 reps
  • Single arm Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swing - 15 each arm
  • One arm elevated push up - 10 each arm
  • Chest Press w/ feet up if you can - 15 reps
  • Sit ups - passing an object from your feet to hands - 10 total
  • Hold a sit up position if you can keep feet of f the ground - 10 twists
