  • Plank Hold - 30 Seconds
  • Bear Crawl Plank side to side - 30 Seconds
  • Plank Hold - 30 Seconds
  • Up & Down in a Plank Hold - 30 Seconds
  • 30 Second Plank Hold

REPEAT 4 to 5X - 1 minute breather in between rounds
