  • Wide stance sit up - alternate which side you come to first. Add a twist to both sides at top. - 10 on both sides
  • Hold a sit up position - twist to the side - 10 to each side
  • Have feet on chair or bench and do a sit up - 10
  • Bring your feet in and out under the bench or chair and over - 10 each

REPEAT 2 or 3X
