- Pistol Squats off bench (per side)
- Tri Dips
- Incline Push Ups off bench
Circuit 2: 14, 12, 10, 8
- Squat Pivots
- Plank Jacks
- Pulsing lunge (per side)
Circuit 3: 14x4
- Lateral Step Ups
- Double leg tuck off bench or floor
- Burpees
Tabata : 30 seconds on + 10 seconds rest.
- Jumping Jacks
- Right Foot Step up
- Bench Jumps or Plank Jumping Jacks
- Left Foot Step up
- Jump Squat In + Out
- Squat normal + Squat wide to left
- Jump Squat In + Out
- Squat normal + Squat wide to right
REPEAT 2X
