Warm Up: 2x10

Circuit 1: 8, 10, 12, 14

  • Pistol Squats off bench (per side)
  • Tri Dips
  • Incline Push Ups off bench

Circuit 2: 14, 12, 10, 8

  • Squat Pivots
  • Plank Jacks
  • Pulsing lunge (per side)

Circuit 3: 14x4

  • Lateral Step Ups
  • Double leg tuck off bench or floor
  • Burpees

Tabata : 30 seconds on + 10 seconds rest.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Right Foot Step up
  • Bench Jumps or Plank Jumping Jacks
  • Left Foot Step up
  • Jump Squat In + Out
  • Squat normal + Squat wide to left
  • Jump Squat In + Out
  • Squat normal + Squat wide to right

REPEAT 2X
