  • .25 mile run
  • Toy Soldier
  • Knee hug to lunge

Circuit 1: 20, 30, 40 Seconds

  • Side Shuffle
  • Squat Kicks
  • R Plank Step Ups
  • L Plank Step Ups
  • Push up jacks

Circuit 2: 5, 10, 15 Reps

  • R Reach and Power Step
  • Sprint and Backpedal
  • L Reach and Power Step
  • Curb Mt Climbers
  • Curb Jumps to rev lunge

Circuit 3: 20, 30, 40 Seconds

  • Curb push up with plank walk
  • Ice Skaters
  • R Pulsing Squat to Side step
  • L Pulsing Squat to Side step
  • Line jumps, front to back

Circuit 4: 5, 10, 15 Reps

  • Frog jumps (broad jumps)
  • Calf raises off curb
  • Suitcase crunch off curb

Cool Down: x2

  • Toy soldier
  • Fence open/close
  • Knee hugs
  • Swoop and pull
