Cardio Thursday! - April 9

Warm up : Do each exercise 30 seconds long

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Narrow Stance Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squat In + Out
  • Squat Hold

REPEAT 3X

  • Step up Right foot - 15 reps
  • In + out Jump Squats - 30 seconds
  • Steph up Left foot - 15 reps
  • Alternate Lunge Jumps - 30 seconds
  • Push ups with bringing hands up + down on chair / bench / couch - 10 total
  • Low ab raises - 15 reps

REPEAT 3X

  • Plank hold off wall or on the ground, knees in to elbows - 15 reps
  • Sit ups - 15 reps
  • Plank hold off wall or on the ground, tapping feet out wide - 15 reps
  • Kneeling to Stand - 10 each leg
  • Squats In + out - 30 seconds
