Cardio Tabata - April 16

Tabata - 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest. 2 minute rest in between circuits.

Circuit 1 :

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Squats narrow stance
  3. High Knees
  4. Squats wide stance
  5. Butt Kicks
  6. Lunge Backs alternating
  7. Burpees
  8. Speed Skaters

Circuit 2 :

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Push ups
  3. Plank Hold up + down
  4. Burpee
  5. Side Plank - Right side
  6. Side Plank - Left side
  7. Jump Rope
  8. Plank push ups with a jumping jack

Circuit 3 :

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Squats narrow stance - stay low and pulse
  3. High Knees
  4. Squats wide stance - stay low and pulse
  5. Butt Kicks
  6. Alternate Lunge Jumps
  7. Burpees
  8. Speed Skaters

Circuit 4 :

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Push ups
  3. Plank hold up + down
  4. Burpee
  5. Side plank hold Right side - try and bring knee to elbow
  6. Side plank hold Left side - try and bring knee to elbow
  7. Jump Rope
  8. Plank push ups with a jumping jack
