30 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest.
- Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
- Wide Stance Squat
- Push ups
- Plank hold with forward arm raises
- Burpee with a Squat
- Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
- Wide Stance with heel raise - one side then the other
- Single Leg deadlift with a Row - one side then the other
- Mountain Climbers with knees to opposite elbow
- Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
- Curtsy Lunge - one side then the other
- Single Leg Stationary Lunge - one side then the other
- Sit ups- 10
- Sit up with a slight twist at top - 10 reps
REPEAT 3X
