Cardio + Core - April 21

30 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest.

  • Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
  • Wide Stance Squat
  • Push ups
  • Plank hold with forward arm raises
  • Burpee with a Squat
  • Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
  • Wide Stance with heel raise - one side then the other
  • Single Leg deadlift with a Row - one side then the other
  • Mountain Climbers with knees to opposite elbow
  • Single Arm swing with Kettlebell or Dumbbell or Jumping Jacks
  • Curtsy Lunge - one side then the other
  • Single Leg Stationary Lunge - one side then the other
  • Sit ups- 10
  • Sit up with a slight twist at top - 10 reps

REPEAT 3X
