Registered Dietician + Personal Trainer
My name is Morgan and I am a Registered Dietitian. I am super excited to bring a nutrition-focused approach to the Vicious family! I follow a food-first approach and help clients learn to have healthy relationships with food and dieting. Becoming a vegetarian at age 18 taught me the importance of nutrition and brought me to my career as a Dietitian. I love educating clients about new recipes, cooking techniques, and a family-friendly approach to improving habits for everyone. I have worked with parents to improve nutrition intake among the whole family by bringing kids into meal prep and planning. I have also helped clients with awesome weight loss success by taking a one change at a time approach. I feel this is best because you can see success, keep yourself motivated and still live an unrestricted, balanced life.
Another one of my passions is being outdoors and being active. I have completed three Tough Mudders, a Spartan race, and ran my first marathon in February. Knowing the importance of nutrition was a huge part of my success with training, I used my nutrition background to help prep for long runs and physical training and improve my recovery. I love helping clients learn how to properly fuel and push their bodies to new limits as well. I am looking forward to helping you all learn how to bring a fun, family approach to nourishing your bodies to be your best selves yet!
