Kiersten O'Neill Brotz

Spin Instructor

Hi my name is Kiersten! I received my undergraduate degree from Temple University and my Masters in School Psychology from Rowan University. I am currently in my final year of completing my Educational Specialist degree in School Psych from Rowan University. I am one of three girls and grew up playing competitive soccer and lacrosse. While playing lacrosse in college, I discovered Spin as a way to stay in shape in the off season. After college and no longer playing collegiate lacrosse, I started spinning at Vicious in 2018 as an alternative to running which became hard on my knees. After two years at Vicious, spinning had become part of my daily routine and I knew I wanted to become a Spin Instructor to take my love of Spin to the next level. Spinning gives me an opportunity for a mental break from my work day and motivates me to keep my physical health a priority. My classes are a blend of all types of music with a focus on riding to the beat of the song. I am looking forward to getting to motivate others and share my love of spinning with everyone at Vicious! I can’t wait to see you all in class!
