I am a 2001 graduate of The College of New Jersey. I have my Personal Training as well as my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I started my personal training career in 2003 and and I have spent these past 15 years honing my training skills. My training style is constantly evolving as I learn and experience new things through my training sessions and my own research. My training style incorporates a lot of functional and compound movements involving several muscles working together. I prefer to use functional equipment in my training sessions including the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Sandbags and Battling Ropes mixed with more traditional equipment like dumbbells. I have trained all ages and demographics throughout my career. As long as someone is willing to put in the time and effort is all that matters. I can work around or with whatever limitations people have sustained. Joint replacements, back problems or other health issues should not compromise the quality of your workout. As a trainer, I am skilled to design your training program so you get the most out of each training session regardless of your limitations.
Personally, I am married and have 3 daughters. I am Medford resident and love the town. I like to spend my downtime with my family doing various activities.
