Team Vicious
Allison Bonelli
Owner
I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. While attending the University of Minnesota, I joined the Air National Guard and after graduation deployed to the Middle East.
That is where I met my husband Brian and a couple years later we settled here in Medford, New Jersey. Since 2007 this has been home for us and our children, Emmie, Bo and Brice.
As a triathlete I have always loved all types of fitness. So in 2008 I opened a small, two room studio gym. Over the years and with lots of help from others, it has grown to what it is today. We hope you all feel welcomed into the Vicious Family as we work and sweat together to be our best!

Trainer
New Jersey born & raised, I’ve made my fitness home here (The Vicious Cycle) for over 15 years!
I’m constantly expanding my exercise knowledge, but the local community and overall training environment keeps me invested in this studio. The reward for me is being able to evolve as a trainer as my clients progress towards their own personal goals.
From D1 athletes to an 84 year old Swiss Alps skier, I enjoy programming unique workouts for any individual. That is when you know you have found your passion, when you truly enjoy every experience.
I am a blessed father of two incredible boys. They are the inspiration & motivation driving my own workouts these days! I hope to instill healthy habits that will allow me to share my love for lifting with them one day.
Come see me at The Vicious Cycle so that you too can continue living your best life!!

Spin Instructor
Hi Vicious Cycle Members! I have been teaching Spin for going on 4 years and began my love for it from when I joined Vicious as a member in 2018. I grew up in Lumberton but have more recently moved to Medford Lakes with my family and two dachshunds.
Outside of Spin and working out with you all during strength classes, I spend my days working with students as a School Psychologist. I am passionate about health both mental and physical and my days are filled with a combination of both!
From my classes you can expect a variety of music from punk to hip hop and everything in between. Rides encompass heavy hills and plenty of sprints to ensure that you get the most out of your 45 minute workout. I am looking forward to seeing you in the studio soon!
moreMeg Artman
Yoga Instructor
Hi! My name is Meg Artman and live in Medford, NJ with my husband and two children. I am a Practice Manager at a local Veterinary Hospital and have always had a passion for animals as well as yoga. I fell in love with yoga in the early 2000’s practicing Bikram. From there, I explored many styles and ultimately earned 200-hr RYT certification with Yoga Alliance at Balanced Planet Yoga. I describe my style as Vinyasa flow. Flowing through the poses, moving with the breath, creating a mind body connection. I encourage everyone to move at their own pace. I offer many variations for poses which enables everyone to get the most out of every pose by making it their own. I believe that anyone and everyone can practice yoga. I strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable during every classes I teach.
Off the mat, you’ll most likely find me enjoying life with my family. It may be on the soccer fields or on the couch watching a movie together.

After going to Vicious every day for several months, I knew that becoming an instructor and motivating others to be the best versions of themselves, both mentally and physically, was something that I wanted to strive to do. I’m so thankful to be a part of this team, and I can’t wait to see you in class!!

Hello! My name is Chance! After I graduated in 2014 from Seneca High School, I continued on to Rowan and graduated in 2019 with a Degree of Science! I started out as a member at Vicious Cycle which led me to take an interest and passion in exercising!

moreRuth Kueny
Yoga Instructor
My name is Ruth Kueny and I live in Atco, NJ with my 3 children. I retired after 26 years of working in the field of Human Resources. Burned out by the long hours and long travel, I began searching for something more meaningful but I did not know what, until Yoga. I found my yoga practice as a means to cope with stress and health concerns. It was the “me” time I never had. Yoga has become a lifeline for me. I have found strength, confidence, peace and gratitude. My Certifications include: 200 RYT as well as Yin Yoga Level I and II. I teach a variety of styles, including Power, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Fit+Flow. My power classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Power Flow style that students of all levels can easily modify. Combine this sweaty high intensity fast-paced flow with soothing restorative poses to help present the balance that closely mirrors our lives. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe! My Yin and Restorative Yoga classes focus on relaxation, breath and mindfulness. In all classes, I ground my students in an ongoing awareness of...

moreBonnie Lundblad
Spin Instructor
I love for spinning began about 20 years ago when a friend gave me a gift of 3 spin classes. By ride #2 I was hooked! After 3 years of spending lots of time on a bike, I took the plunge and became an instructor. The Mind/Body connection has taught me I can achieve anything I want, perseverance is the key!! Over the years, my teaching style has evolved, but one thing remains constant. My goal is to inspire every rider so they will enjoy riding as much as I do. There's a sense of accomplishment when a tough ride is completed and personal goals are met. In my rides we may run--on a flat or up a hill. Challenge ourselves with a steep hill. Push a steady, quick pace to get close to an anaerobic state. I use a variety of music---from classic rock to current hits. One thing is certain, when we are done, you WILL feel accomplished.
I've lived in NJ for over 30 years, but you can still detect the Michigan accent.
One of my favorite sayings is---Anything worth doing, is worth doing well!!

My style of training focuses on strength training techniques as well as functional movement patterns. I also teach kickboxing and am pursuing my Spinning certification as we speak! I take great pride in creating programs that allow clients to realize their true potential and accomplish things they never thought were possible. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Rowan University and a Master's Degree in Information and Library Science from Clarion University allowing me to become a Youth Services Librarian for the Burlington County Library System. My go-to workout is running but I took my first spin class in 2015 to switch things up. I fell in love with spin and decided to get certified in 2018. My workout is my therapy as well as the balance for my love of chocolate. I'll be returning Vicious as a new mom and can't wait to get back into it!
My spin goals are to work hard but have fun along the way! Expect a variety of climbs, sprints and jumps in my class while sweating to great music! I like to vary my music genres and decades from Aerosmith, Queen, Fall Out Boy, and Imagine Dragons to Pink, DNCE and Pitbull, but I am always open to requests! I want to challenge each person to achieve their fitness goals and gain their own confidence through working out. I hope to see you soon!

Working at the Vicious Cycle and riding in various spin classes with the different instructors has allowed me to instantly grow a passion and a love for Spinning and has also allowed me to develop a positive mindset when it comes to fitness. Personal Trainer + Spin Instructor
I am so excited to join the Vicious Cycle team! My family and I moved to Medford in 2018 and we love it here. I grew up in Pennsylvania and went to West Chester University where I majored in business. Several years into working in that field, I realized my passion was in the fitness industry where I could work hands on with people and make a tangible difference in their lives. I became a certified personal trainer in 2010 and have since worked with all types of people from beginners, professional athletes, kids and teens, seniors and everyone in between. Since no person is the same, I do my best to tailor every workout to suit the individual. My goal is to get you moving better, overcome inevitable road blocks and see exercise as something that you GET TO do, not HAVE TO do. My strength training classes focus on building strength while increasing mobility and endurance, with an attention to proper form. I also strive to build a fun and caring community to motivate and lift each other up. I look forward to sweating with you soon!
