Trainer + Spin Instructor
I am a busy mom of 3 that finds time for herself in the gym. My passion is living life to the fullest. I want to teach my children how to work hard for their dreams, but also to take time to enjoy the journey. I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota where I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Kinesiology. While in college I joined the Minnesota Air National Guard and proudly served my country for six years. With a diverse background and over 15 years of personal training and spin instructor experience, I have trained in big gyms, private studios and everything in between. When the Air Force brought my husband and I to New Jersey in 2006, I saw an opportunity to continue helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Please come join me !!! I would love the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals!!
What can you expect in one of my classes? My rides are usually strength, or fat burn based, or maybe a nice mix of both. I love music with a beat!! In my strength training sessions my goal is to help you build lean muscle mass,...more
As a former athlete and college football player I have always enjoyed working out. Mostly lifting weights with a little cardio here and there. As I've gotten older I've found spin to be easier on my joints. It allows me to push my limits, reach my goals, but also listen to my body.more
If you are ready to build real strength & look good doing it, "this guy" is ready to help you achieve it. I am a New Jersey native who went to school for business, but quickly shifted gears to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry once I realized I was incapable of sitting still at a desk for more than 15 minutes at a time. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of practical training experience. I have worked with every type of client over the years, to include 13 year old students who are looking for fun. I also keep things fresh and new when exercising the senior client who is faced with many limitations due to multiple reconstructive joint surgeries. I take pride in the ability to modify workout programs to accommodate the abilities and goals of each and every client.
Personally, I love lifting heavy weights and going hard, but I also understand the importance of balancing my own programming with cardio activity and stretching. There is no point in having super human strength if you can't use it in everyday life!
When I'm not in the gym,...more
My name is Missy Cameron and I am from Voorhees, NJ. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and having fun while doing it, is important to me! In college, I fell in love with running and started training for half marathons and local races. I could not describe the sense of happiness I felt after completing the race and getting to the finish line.
I am always looking to try new things and new adventures. Therefore, I tried spinning a few years ago! I loved spinning because you can push yourself as an individual but feel the team vibe in the room when you are all together! The feeling of happiness I experience while I’m running, happens while I’m spinning. From time to time, I see myself just smiling in the class.
My goal for my riders is to have you dripping in sweat when you leave the room, but also have fun while doing it! I like high intensity intervals and climbs. What kind of music can you expect? A little of everything! From Rock and Roll such as AC/DC, Aerosmith and Queen, to Club Hip Hop like David Guetta and Calvin Harris, to songs that get you pumped up from The...more
Growing up I was never particularly interested in any kind of group or structured exercise program. I didn’t play a team sport and my only exercise came from gym class in school and an occasional bike ride outside. One day, after I graduated from college and was living in Atlanta, I walked past a small store front aerobic studio and though that I should check out what was going on. I tried a few classes, not because I wanted to become “fit”, but the people inside were having fun. I was instantly hooked. About a year later I moved to New York State, got certified and so my career began - that was 25 years ago! Since then I’ve taught most standard group classes: high/low aerobics, step, body sculpting class and now focusing on lifting and cycling. My husband and I moved to Tabernacle in ’92 and I can’t imagine a better place to live and raise a family. We enjoy local produce, schools, and of course proximity to the beach as well as the big cities (Philly & NY). We are raising two teenage daughters with my oldest off to college in the fall. As you can imagine I have been helping...more
I have been in the fitness industry for more than 24 years (yikes!), teaching mainly in the Medford, Mt. Laurel and Cherry Hill areas. Having started with a Yoga certification, I branched out to the world of Pilates Mat, Pilates reformer, and Barre classes. Being a cardio-junkie, I found my passion in teaching hard-core cardio workouts. I am known in the area for high intensity, energizing workouts having taught private and group classes such as body sculpt, cardio fusion, step, Boot camp, Spin, Spin with weights, and TRX classes. I am certified in Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, Barre, Personal Training and Spin. When I am not leading classes, you will find me running all around Medford getting ready for my fifth marathon and second Boston Marathon in April 2019. Residing in Shamong, I am married and have two children, Storm (14) and Aurora (11). I love high energy music with a steady beat and lots of pickups! My playlist (mostly alternative, some classic rock, a touch of hip hop, and a little Top 40) will drive the energy and guarantee a challenging, powerful ride!...more
I am married and have a son in college. I have been living in Medford Lakes for 18 years. Growing up, I was overweight and that continued well into my 20’s. When I had my son I was 250 pounds and just downright miserable. I mean I was thrilled to be a new mother, but not at all with myself. I wasn’t a member of a gym, so I started running. I ran everyday - rain, sleet, snow, heat, and sometimes I caught a break with some good weather. Soon I joined a gym and all good things began happening. I have many races under my belt; as well as 3 marathons (including Boston)!! Spin surfaced at my gym around this time. I thought it would be a great partnership along with the running. I loved it so much I became a certified instructor. I have been teaching for 8 years and absolutely love it!! Music is an amazing motivator with respect to both running and spinning. I make sure that there is something for everyone. In my classes you can expect to hear anything from Bruce Springsteen and The Who, to Pitbull and Pink. My classes are a music pumping, heart pounding, cardio blasting, sweat...more
Hi my name is Laura Kerns! I started attending Spin Classes in the Summer of 2015 after I finished treatment for Breast Cancer. I had never seen a spin class and I knew nothing about it. I had also quit smoking and needed to lose extra weight. I was never an athlete or a "workout" person. I discovered that I loved spin classes! Even after I lost weight, I found the classes were a great way to maintain my new healthy self and a great stress reliever! I recently received my Spin Instructor Certification and I am excited to motivate others to try spin - it is addictive! I am definitely living proof that you don't need to be a life long athlete to get a great, fun workout.
In my rides I utilizes climbs, jumps and sprints in every class to obtain a high-calorie workout. You'll hear music from the 1960's to the present - from Donna Summer, Bee Gees, Temptations and Stevie Wonder to Pearl Jam, Journey, Michael Jackson, Def Leopard, Depeche Mode and Duran Duran to Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Lady Gaga - I like to push you. I will challenge you with...more
I began my love of "All Things Spin" 15 years ago when a friend bought me a gift certificate for 3 spin classes. By ride #2, I was hooked!!! After 3 years of spending lots of time on an indoor bike, I took the plunge and became an instructor. The Mind/Body connection has taught me that I can achieve anything I want. Perseverance is the key!!! Over the years, my teaching style has evolved, but one thing remains constant. My goal is to inspire every rider so that they too will enjoy riding as much as I do. There is a great feeling of accomplishment after a tough ride is completed, not to mention, sweating it out with a group and achieving personal goals. In my rides we may run---on a flat or up that hill. Do a climb to the top of the hill. Push a steady, quick pace to get close to anerobic state. I do it to a variety of music ranging anywhere from some classic rock, Lady Gaga, BEP, Springsteen, Guns N Roses, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Kid Rock, White Stripes.... all the way to current hits. One thing is for sure when we are done, YOU WILL feel accomplished!!
Growing up in Marlton, NJ I’ve always played rec sports, it wasn’t until high school, when I stopped playing team sports that I found my hobby of running. I still run almost every day. This year I’ve completed my first half marathon, the Disney Princess Half-Marathon. I also love participating in Spartan races. I took my first spin class three years ago and have kept up with it ever since. My workout is my therapy as well as the balance for my love of chocolate.
Today, my husband, our furbaby and I are newly homeowners in Medford. I recently finished my Master’s degree in Information and Library Science through Clarion University to fulfill my current job requirements as a Children’s Librarian. That’s a role I never aspired to have growing up but fell in love with the variety and craftiness of it all while working at the Evesham Library during my undergrad.
My spin goals are to work hard but have fun along the way! Expect a variety of climbs, sprints and jumps in my class while sweating to great music! I like to vary my music genres and decades from Aerosmith,...more

Hi everyone! My name is Liz and I am thrilled to be a part of the Vicious family. I have been in education for the past twelve years and when I am not in the classroom you will find me on the field hockey and lacrosse fields coaching my district’s junior high girls. Even though school keeps me busy, I do find time for the things I love. Reading, traveling, trying new things, last minute adventures, being outside and working out at Vicious Cycle are just a few of my favorite things in life. I also really love being creative, which has lead me to being able to design and work on the chalkboards at Vicious. My hope is that they give you that little pick me up you might need for the day, add a smile to your face or help you push through those last grueling seconds of a set. I look forward to seeing you in your next strength or spin class!more

Hi, my name is Devon. I am a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I also have a Master's Degree in Sport and Recreation Studies from Ohio University. I currently oversee Fitness and Wellness Programming at The University of Pennsylvania in their Department of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics.
I am one of five daughters, so my competitive nature is obvious, necessary, and instinctive. I have an athletic background but that is not what lead me to my fitness lifestyle or career choice. Personal experience, sweat, blood, and the occasional tear, have taught me that fitness is not only about fitting into your favorite dress......it is about better productivity in life, awesome sleep, preventative care, a positive attitude, a happier perception on life, and amazing friends !!
I became interested in Spinning about 6 years ago and became Mad Dogg Certified shortly thereafter. Spinning is the only exercise that I feel I have some sort of rhythm, which is why I do not do Zumba. Spinning is pure Cardio without the dreadful treadmill....more
I am a 2001 graduate of The College of New Jersey. I have my Personal Training as well as my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I started my personal training career in 2003 and and I have spent these past 15 years honing my training skills. My training style is constantly evolving as I learn and experience new things through my training sessions and my own research. My training style incorporates a lot of functional and compound movements involving several muscles working together. I prefer to use functional equipment in my training sessions including the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Sandbags and Battling Ropes mixed with more traditional equipment like dumbbells. I have trained all ages and demographics throughout my career. As long as someone is willing to put in the time and effort is all that matters. I can work around or with whatever limitations people have sustained. Joint replacements, back problems or other health issues should not compromise the quality of...more
Hi everyone! My name is Liz Young and I am from Marlton NJ. I got my Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University. I have been teaching spin for 7 years, at various gyms throughout South Jersey. I love my full time job as a physical therapist at 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy right here in Medford where I help people rehab after injury and achieve their goals for optimal function. Of course, I need to spend time to stay healthy and fit too! I enjoy running and hiking, and recently achieved my personal goal of running a marathon. Spin is an excellent way to build strength and cardiovascular fitness without beating up your joints.
I love teaching spin, where I guide my cyclists through a killer workout to help them reach their goals. I make sure to include a little bit of everything in each of my spin classes, with jumps, climbs, sprints, and much more. I include a wide variety of music from several generations, but all of my songs have one thing in common; a strong energetic beat to power...more
