I am a busy mom of 3 that finds time for herself in the gym. My passion is living life to the fullest. I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota where I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Kinesiology. While in college I joined the Minnesota Air National Guard and proudly served my country for six years. With a diverse background and over 15 years of personal training and spin instructor experience, I have trained in big gyms, private studios and everything in between. When the Air Force brought my husband and I to New Jersey in 2006, I saw an opportunity to continue helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Come join me at the Vicious Cycle, I would love the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals!!
What can you expect in one of my classes? My rides are usually strength, or fat burn based, or maybe a nice mix of both. I love music with a beat!! In my strength training sessions my goal is to help you build lean muscle mass, gain strength and confidence, while working on balance and endurance. No matter which of my...more

I am a New Jersey native who went to school for business, but quickly shifted gears to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry once I realized I was incapable of sitting still at a desk for more than 15 minutes at a time. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years years of experience. I have worked with every type of client over the years. Now that I have a son, Luke, I really enjoy training kids and student athletes.
I take pride in the ability to modify workout programs to accommodate the abilities and goals of each and every client.
Personally, I love lifting heavy weights and going hard, but I also understand the importance of balancing my own programming with cardio activity and stretching.
When I’m not in the gym, I focus on being the best Super Dad I can be. I also find myself watching quite a bit of Daniel Tiger!

Administrative Assistant+ Greeter+ Spin Instructor
Hi! My name is Meghan Murphy and I currently attend Stockton University. Working at the Vicious Cycle and riding in various spin classes with the different instructors has allowed me to instantly grow a passion and a love for Spinning and has also allowed me to develop a positive mindset when it comes to fitness. The inspiration and motivation that I feel after every class is one of the many reasons why I decided to become a Certified Spinning Instructor. I want to make sure everyone feels inspired and motivated during each of my rides and leaves my class wanting to come back for more. I am always willing and eager to answer any questions you may have about my ride so please let me know if you do.
As the Administrative Assistant at The Vicious Cycle, my goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable when they come in. If you have any questions about anything, I will be happy to answer them. I look forward to seeing you soon!more
Hi my name is Kiersten! I received my undergraduate degree from Temple University and my Masters in School Psychology from Rowan University. I am currently in my final year of completing my Educational Specialist degree in School Psych from Rowan University. I am one of three girls and grew up playing competitive soccer and lacrosse. While playing lacrosse in college, I discovered Spin as a way to stay in shape in the off season. After college and no longer playing collegiate lacrosse, I started spinning at Vicious in 2018 as an alternative to running which became hard on my knees. After two years at Vicious, spinning had become part of my daily routine and I knew I wanted to become a Spin Instructor to take my love of Spin to the next level. Spinning gives me an opportunity for a mental break from my work day and motivates me to keep my physical health a priority. My classes are a blend of all types of music with a focus on riding to the beat of the song. I am looking forward to getting to motivate others and share my love of spinning with everyone at Vicious! I can’t wait to...more

Hi! My name is Meg Artman and live in Medford, NJ with my husband and two children. I am a Practice Manager at a local Veterinary Hospital and have always had a passion for animals as well as yoga. I fell in love with yoga in the early 2000’s practicing Bikram. From there, I explored many styles and ultimately earned 200-hr RYT certification with Yoga Alliance at Balanced Planet Yoga. I describe my style as Vinyasa flow. Flowing through the poses, moving with the breath, creating a mind body connection. I encourage everyone to move at their own pace. I offer many variations for poses which enables everyone to get the most out of every pose by making it their own. I believe that anyone and everyone can practice yoga. I strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable during every classes I teach.
Off the mat, you’ll most likely find me enjoying life with my family. It may be on the soccer fields or on the couch watching a movie together.more
Hi, my name is Chelsea Michelfelder. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Rowan University and a Master's Degree in Information and Library Science from Clarion University allowing me to become a Youth Services Librarian for the Burlington County Library System. My go-to workout is running but I took my first spin class in 2015 to switch things up. I fell in love with spin and decided to get certified in 2018. My workout is my therapy as well as the balance for my love of chocolate. I'll be returning Vicious as a new mom and can't wait to get back into it!
My spin goals are to work hard but have fun along the way! Expect a variety of climbs, sprints and jumps in my class while sweating to great music! I like to vary my music genres and decades from Aerosmith, Queen, Fall Out Boy, and Imagine Dragons to Pink, DNCE and Pitbull, but I am always open to requests! I want to challenge each person to achieve their fitness goals and gain their own confidence through working out. I hope to see you soon!more
Hi I’m Laura and I’m a yoga instructor. Yoga has been a part of my life from a very young age. I fell in love with it a long time ago and have continued my practice since then. Now, I want to use my passion to help bring yoga to others.
I work hard to make my classes a safe place, physically and mentally. I have taken additional training in injury prevention and trauma-informed yoga so I can keep my students safe and happy. I also create a space where everyone is welcome and encouraged to come step out onto their mat.
When I’m not teaching or on my mat, you can find me at the beach or otherwise outside. I love nature and find every excuse to be in it. It’s not uncommon to find me at the gym either, to create workouts to compliment my yoga practice.more
Trainer + Pilates Instructor
Hi my name is Chris, I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in sports performance, rehab and wellness, I am a certified Performance Coach as well as a Pilates instructor. Going to WV for football, injuries eventually got the best of me but put me on the right track for a successful career in fitness. I have worked with all age groups and populations and I take pride in upgrading lives.
Because of my education and experience my style of training is very adaptable. Strength and flexibility are my go tos, but In my own workouts I add a variety of training to keep me motivated and healthy. Football actually led me into becoming a Pilates instructor. Hey Everybody! I’m Margie and I am extremely excited to be joining the Vicious Cycle team!
A little about myself . . .
I am a mom of 3 humans and 2 large dogs, who I enjoy spending all of my free time with.
I have been participating in indoor cycling classes for about 8 years after a running injury that left 3 screws in my right hip. I was petrified of my first class and look at me now!
I’ve been an indoor cycle instructor since 2018. I absolutely love it – it’s my fun job! I love the overall vibe of indoor cycling, the beat of the music, the energy of the riders and the motivation that we provide each other! I always tell my riders, “life is busy, this is your time – don’t waste a second of it.”
I listen to all types of music and try to incorporate a little of everything in my rides. If there is anything you want to hear in class, just let me know and I will make it work! WARNING: Sometimes I might sing in class, and will encourage you to join along!
My weaknesses include, Cheez Its, red wine and sprinting in 3rd position on the bike.
Hi ! My name is Kim Feudtner. I have been working in the fitness industry since I was 19 years old...let’s leave it at that ;-) My husband and I live in Medford with our 4 children, some away at college and some still at Shawnee. Go Renegades! My fitness mantra is “Try Hard'' . I’ve been told it’s uncool to be a “try hard”. But personally, I don't ever want to know what it feels like to not be one. So let’s do this fitness thing together. Please join me in the spin room! Why not?more
Personal Trainer + Spin Instructor
I am so excited to join the Vicious Cycle team! My family and I moved to Medford in 2018 and we love it here. I grew up in Pennsylvania and went to West Chester University where I majored in business. Several years into working in that field, I realized my passion was in the fitness industry where I could work hands on with people and make a tangible difference in their lives. I became a certified personal trainer in 2010 and have since worked with all types of people from beginners, professional athletes, kids and teens, seniors and everyone in between. Since no person is the same, I do my best to tailor every workout to suit the individual. My goal is to get you moving better, overcome inevitable road blocks and see exercise as something that you GET TO do, not HAVE TO do. My strength training classes focus on building strength while increasing mobility and endurance, with an attention to proper form. I also strive to build a fun and caring community to motivate and lift each other up. I look forward to sweating with you soon!more

My name is Ruth Kueny, and I live in Atco, NJ with my 3 children. I retired after 26 years of working in the field of Human Resources. Burned out by the long hours and long travel, I began searching for something more meaningful but I did not know what, until yoga. I found my yoga practice as a means to cope with stress and health concerns. It was the “me” time I never had. Yoga has become a lifeline for me. I have found strength, confidence, peace and gratitude. I received my 200-hr YTT certification at The Yoga Shift. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Power Flow style that students of all levels can easily modify. Combine this sweaty high intensity fast-paced flow with soothing restorative poses to help present the balance that closely mirrors our lives. I ground my students in an ongoing awareness of breath while guiding them through poses with proper alignment cuing, modelling, and hands-on adjustments. Expect to move, sweat, and...more
I love for spinning began about 20 years ago when a friend gave me a gift of 3 spin classes. By ride #2 I was hooked! After 3 years of spending lots of time on a bike, I took the plunge and became an instructor. The Mind/Body connection has taught me I can achieve anything I want, perseverance is the key!! Over the years, my teaching style has evolved, but one thing remains constant. My goal is to inspire every rider so they will enjoy riding as much as I do. There's a sense of accomplishment when a tough ride is completed and personal goals are met. In my rides we may run--on a flat or up a hill. Challenge ourselves with a steep hill. Push a steady, quick pace to get close to an anaerobic state. I use a variety of music---from classic rock to current hits. One thing is certain, when we are done, you WILL feel accomplished.
I've lived in NJ for over 30 years, but you can still detect the Michigan accent.
One of my favorite sayings is---Anything worth doing, is worth doing well!!more

Registered Dietician + Personal Trainer
My name is Morgan and I am a Registered Dietitian. I am super excited to bring a nutrition-focused approach to the Vicious family! I follow a food-first approach and help clients learn to have healthy relationships with food and dieting. Becoming a vegetarian at age 18 taught me the importance of nutrition and brought me to my career as a Dietitian. I love educating clients about new recipes, cooking techniques, and a family-friendly approach to improving habits for everyone. I have worked with parents to improve nutrition intake among the whole family by bringing kids into meal prep and planning. I have also helped clients with awesome weight loss success by taking a one change at a time approach. I feel this is best because you can see success, keep yourself motivated and still live an unrestricted, balanced life.
Another one of my passions is being outdoors and being active. I have completed three Tough Mudders, a Spartan race, and ran my first marathon in February. Knowing the importance of nutrition was a huge part of my success with training, I used my nutrition...more
Growing up I was never particularly interested in any kind of group or structured exercise program. I didn’t play a team sport and my only exercise came from gym class in school and an occasional bike ride outside. One day, after I graduated from college and was living in Atlanta, I walked past a small store front aerobic studio and though that I should check out what was going on. I tried a few classes, not because I wanted to become “fit”, but the people inside were having fun. I was instantly hooked. About a year later I moved to New York State, got certified and so my career began - that was 25 years ago! Since then I’ve taught most standard group classes: high/low aerobics, step, body sculpting class and now focusing on lifting and cycling. My husband and I moved to Tabernacle in ’92 and I can’t imagine a better place to live and raise a family. We enjoy local produce, schools, and of course proximity to the beach as well as the big cities (Philly & NY). We are raising two teenage daughters with my oldest off to college in the fall. As you can imagine I have been helping...more
Hi everyone! My name is Liz and I am thrilled to be a part of the Vicious family. I have been in education for the past twelve years and when I am not in the classroom you will find me on the field hockey and lacrosse fields coaching my district’s junior high girls. Even though school keeps me busy, I do find time for the things I love. Reading, traveling, trying new things, last minute adventures, being outside and working out at Vicious Cycle are just a few of my favorite things in life. I also really love being creative, which has lead me to being able to design and work on the chalkboards at Vicious. My hope is that they give you that little pick me up you might need for the day, add a smile to your face or help you push through those last grueling seconds of a set. I look forward to seeing you in your next strength or spin class!more
