Group Strength & Conditioning Coach

Must obtain nationally accredited Personal Training certification and/or Group Fitness certification and CPR/AED and First-Aid Certification. Our Group Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for safe, effective and progressive programming for our group training classes. This position will be expected to not only program a time-efficient workout but also provide modifications and have the flexibility to adjust to any one member. Member recruitment and retention is also expected by proper promotion and personal connections while in the studio. Besides performance, our coaches will also prepare the studio before class including management of the roster and proper closing protocols. This position can be combined with other positions within the studio.
