I have been in gyms since I graduated college many years ago. With sports out of my life and working full time, I found myself sitting behind a desk for hours a day. I needed to get back in shape and to have fun doing it. When I had children and left my day job I turned my passion into a new career. I began instructing with hopes of motivating others to achieve their fitness goals. I teach cycling, tabata, boot camp, kickboxing, Body Pump and am a certified Personal Trainer. I love to cook healthy and creative food with my two girls. So I am all in, committed to a healthy lifestyle, having as much fun as possible in the process.
I love a challenge. If it’s easy it’s not worth it. But the wonderful thing about cycling is everyone can do it and everyone can achieve their goals.
