As a former athlete and college football player I have always enjoyed working out. Mostly lifting weights with a little cardio here and there. As I've gotten older I've been limited to watching football and of course enjoying all the game day favorites such as nachos and wings. So I've made an effort to balance that with more cardio. Spinning is a great way to do just that! (Also read as Allison makes me do it.)
